Apartment A, St John’s Without the Barrs
This two bedroom house has a kitchen and generous sized lounge on the ground floor along with two good sized bedrooms on the first floor. There is a down stairs cloakroom with bathroom and toilet upstairs. The house has under floor heating and has secondary glazing making it a pleasant quiet house to live in. The rear view is to gardens. Parking is available.
General Policies
St John's regrets it cannot accept pets and in the interest of health and safety has a no smoking policy in the buildings.
To qualify for the right to residency applicants should be retired, aged 60 or above be capable of independent living and ideally live within the Lichfield Diocese. They should have the support of a Parish priest and be prepared to endorse the Christian heritage of St John’s and the benefits of community living.
